A ‘Magistrate’ is an elected government official on the Warren County Fiscal Court. There are 6 Magistrates in Warren County, one for each Magistrate District.

A Fiscal Court is the primary governing body of a county in Kentucky. It is strictly an administrative and legislative council. Warren County has the following officials:

• County Judge Executive

• 6 Magistrates

• Warren County Attorney

Key responsibilities:

• Budget and Finances

• Local Legislation

  • Ordinances, regulations, rules.

• Public Infrastructure

• Citizen Advocacy

  • Providing a forum where citizens can voice their concerns.

Barry is running for Magistrate for District 3 in Warren County. The 3rd District is made up of the following Voting Precincts
