Who I am

I’ve proudly called Warren County home for 20 years.  It’s where I built my career, met my wife, and found a community where neighbors still look out for one another.

My roots began in rural southern Middle Tennessee, where my parents taught me responsibility, faith, and the value of hard work.  I started working early on my family’s farm, and by age 15, I was bagging groceries at a 7-Eleven.  By 16, I had saved enough to buy my first car.

While working full time and raising a young family, I became the first in my immediate family to graduate from Motlow State Community College with an associate’s degree.  In my mid-30s, I went on to earn my bachelor’s degree in Human Relations and Management from Trevecca Nazarene University.

I spent more than 40 years in supply chain and procurement, rising from the production floor to Director of North American Nonmetals Procurement for a global aluminum manufacturer.  Along the way, I led teams, managed multi-million-dollar budgets, and oversaw more than $600 million in annual purchasing.  My career demanded disciplined planning, fiscal accountability, and measurable results — the same standards our county government should operate under every day.

Here in Warren County, I’ve supported startups in the Transpark and prioritized working with local businesses whenever possible.  As a husband, father, and grandfather, I care deeply about protecting what makes this community special.

I’m running for Fiscal Court because Warren County deserves steady, experienced leadership that plans ahead, invests wisely, maintains infrastructure, and protects taxpayers.  We can grow responsibly while keeping our neighborhoods safe, livable, and thriving for the next generation.
